Fantastic customer service and quality work every time. We used Charles in our first home when we had a new furnace and AC installed. They provided excellent service for the 10 years we were in that home. Now, in our new home of two years, our furnace was having issues. We knew just who to call!! Charles Heating and Air Conditioning responded quickly to the call. They sent a team who introduced themselves by name and were extremely professional and courteous. Todd, Jeremy, Josh, and Jim performed excellent work and had us up in running in under an hour! We look forward to having them in our corner for years to come. Thanks Charles!!

When our AC stopped working, we spoke with Lou on the phone. He called us back on his own time and provided us with much useful information! The next day, Jayson came out and confirmed everything Lou said. We ended up ordering a new AC unit and Jayson explained everything so that it made sense. It was just a little over a week later when Karl came out and installed our new air conditioner. He was fast, efficient and also helped us by opening vents that we were unaware of that had a section of our house blocked off from the air flow. The professionalism of all 3 employees was appreciated.

We recently requested routine maintenance on our air conditioning system. Marco Natal arrived promptly on time, identified himself, and took care to not track in dirt. He followed recent mandates about wearing a mask during covid 19. He had called just before arriving and was very friendly and professional. He checked out the air conditioning and thermostat and asked if we had any concerns. After examining the unit he noted that there was a problem with a bearing that would need to be replaced at some point. You could hear a grinding noise when the unit was turned on. We do not use the air conditioning often but will get it looked at and possibly replace the unit as it is 22 years old. I appreciate Marco bringing it to our attention.
We have been using the services of Charles Heating and will continue to do so. We are members of their maintenance program and they keep us updated on when service checks should be scheduled. 5 stars for sure!

Three words to describe Charles Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical – Professional, Knowledgeable and Polite. Amin was the service tech, he showed on time, serviced our furnace straight away, and did an excellent job. A real gentleman.

Also, very pleased with the folks that answer the phone and set up the service calls. They kept me informed the entire time, from initial call to letting me know the service tech was close to arriving.

Very satisfied with this Company.
